Spirited and dynamic makeup artist and fashion designer Moni Miller is the other half of Cry Baby Couture Cosmetics and Clothing Boutique.  After majoring in fashion merchandising at the University of Arizona Moni continued to learn the fascinating art of retailing by working in fashion and cosmetics in Beverly Hills, CA.  Moni is in partnership with her daughter Gabrielle, winner of the Seventeen Magazine and Chanel Colour of the Year Contest.  Cry Baby Couture features 100+ personally created eye shadows and a fashion collection that is "girly, glamorous, bohemian, and against the grain".
